Buying your Trip On-line via our Web Site – 3.2% (+ RM1.06) Fee via Stripe

You can easily buy your tour or course via our on-line shop using a debit or credit card. Before you buy your tour via our on-line Shop we ask that you contact us first to make a booking, then go and buy your trip via our on-line Shop. Here are the simple steps you need to follow in order to buy your adventure on-line:

  • Browse through Our On-line Store and find the item or items you want.
  • Select any options you require and the quantity and hit the Add to Cart button. You will have to register first if you have not shopped with us online before. When registering it is important you complete as much of the required information as possible and that your address matches the billing address for the debit or credit card you use to buy via our online shop.
  • Once you have added all your required items to your cart then click the ‘My Cart’ icon in the top right of your browser window. Choose either ‘View Cart’ or ‘Checkout’. Following the on-screen instructions.
  • If you select the ‘View Cart’ option you can add/remove items from your cart, and change quantities you want to buy. Once you have finished shopping, and your Cart is correct, then hit ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
  • You will come to a ‘Secure Checkout’ Page. There is a ‘My bookings request’ box where you can add information about your preferred dates for your trip/course, plus any additional booking information.
  • After entering all your debit/credit card information it’s time to pay. Click on ‘Place Order’ at the bottom of the page and your card payment will be processed.
  • Once your payment has been processed successfully your Order and payment details will be emailed through automatically to yourself and the Borneo Dream Team. We will then email you within 24 hours of receipt with an update regarding your Booking.
