At Borneo Dream we focus on delivering high quality, safe and enjoyable scuba diving trips for certified divers.

We offer a premier service and diving experience at an affordable price from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Our customers often say we are good value for money! That's why our scuba diving day trips include the following:

• Boat transfers on the best diving day boats from Kota Kinabalu - Borneo Dream 3 our spacious, well equipped 10m x 4m catamaran and our new, fast and comfortable 9m x 3m RIB.
• Lunch on an island with a choice of freshly cooked tasty local dishes or western food for our diving trips to Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park.
• We pay for your Jesselton Point Jetty Departure Tax.
• We have small groups per PADI Professional - meaning you get personal attention and get to see everything your Dive Guide finds for you during your dives.
• We take you to the best dive sites on the day based on weather, sea state and diver experience levels (all with GPS co-ordinates so we start the dive at the nicest part of the dive site).  You'll often be the only divers in the water.
• We only use qualified Staff - PADI / SDI/TDI Dive Professionals in 'active' status and qualified Offshore Skippers.
• FREE use of our rental dive gear including wet suit, BCD, regulator and gauges, fins, mask, snorkel, weights, weight belt and cylinders. We use well maintained, fully functioning, high quality dive gear. We provide a choice of shorty tropical 3mm wetsuits or full length tropical 3mm wet suits.
• We have a full range of safety equipment on our boats - personal buoyancy aids, VHF radio, GPS Plotter, emergency medical grade oxygen with DAN portable oxygen kit.
• We can provide diving briefings in English, Mandarin and Berhasa Malay.
• We provide FREE Nitrox (EANx30 / EANx32) to PADI Enriched Air Divers.
• When diving from our catamaran - you get a towel, free flow tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water, fresh water shower, sun deck for chilling out between dives, sun tan lotion and lots of fun - and this is without leaving the boat!
• When diving from our RIB - you get a towel, fresh water, biscuits and a fast, fun boat transfer to dive sites.

Borneo Dream scuba diving trips do not include the Sabah Parks Daily Diving Permit applicable when diving in Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park (RM 30.00 for Malaysians and RM 60.00 for Non-Malaysians per diver per day). We will show you the Official Receipt for your permit during your dive trip.

Borneo Dream scuba diving day trips depart from Jesselton Point, Kota Kinabalu. Please refer to the diving trip itinerary's (in this section) for further information on departure times. One of the Borneo Dream team will meet you at the entrance (under the archway) to Jesselton Point at the following time:

• 9:00am for trips to Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park (2 / 3 Dives)
• 8:00am for trips to Mayne Rock, Pulau Tiga and the Usukan Wrecks

They will pay for your Jesselton Point Departure Tax and escort you to Borneo Dream 3 - ready for the start of your scuba diving trip!

To get the most from your Borneo Dream diving trip please bring with you swimming gear, dry clothes, sun tan lotion, sun hat and sun glasses.

Borneo Dream offers safe scuba diving trips - alongside them being high quality and enjoyable. As part of our focus on diver safety we will apply the following practices:

• Whether you are leiesure diving as a certified diver or taking part in course there are several forms and releases we will ask you to complete. It is always advisable to take a look at the forms prior to your arrival. A full list of the forms associated with diving can be found on our Scuba Diving & Snorkeling Forms Downloads page.
• Any participant under 18 years is supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
• You show your Dive Guide your diver certification card at the start of your scuba diving trip.
• You will be supervised by a PADI Dive Professional that will be with you at all times throughout the days activity. All our Dive Professionals are insured and are in 'Active Teaching Status' with PADI. You can verify this by asking for their qualification card.
