PADI Open Water Diver Course - Itinerary
Please find below a typical itinerary for a "Full" PADI Open Water Dive Course (assuming you have completed your pre-study in advance). We board our boat at 9:00am each morning, returning back to port at approximately 4:00pm.
Day 1
- Registration
- Equipment familiarisation
- Confined Water session 1
- Water stamina tests - 200m swim test and 10 minute float test
- Lunch (including Quick Quiz 1)
- Equipment familiarisation - Strip down and rebuilds.
- Ocean Dive 1
Day 2
- Equipment familiarisation - Strip down and rebuilds.
- Confined water sessions 2 - 3
- Quick Quiz 2 - 3
- Ocean Dive 2
- Lunch
- Confined water sessions 4 - 5
Day 3
- Equipment familiarisation - Strip down and rebuilds.
- Ocean Dive 3
- Lunch (including Quick Quiz 4 and Final Exam)
- Ocean Dive 4
Please note that this itinerary will be flexed by your PADI Instructor based up on how comfortable the students are with the diving skills they are learning and how quickly the student wants to complete the course.
