Mayne Rock Diving Day Trip - Itinerary

Please find below a typical outline for a diving day trip to Mayne Rock with Borneo Dream from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

  • 7:15am - 7:20am :- Meet a member of the Dream Team at the entrance to Jesselton Point (under the archway)
  • 7:30am :- Boat departs from Jesselton Point, boat transfer to Mayne Rock
  • 9:30am :- Arrive at first dive site at Mayne Rock, shot line dropped. Dive briefing, get dive gear on and perform buddy checks.
  • 10:00am :- Dive 1 starts!
  • 11:00am - 12:30pm :- Surface interval on Borneo Dream 3. Time to chill out or sunbathe on the sun deck. Snacks and refreshments provided.
  • 12:30pm :- Dive 2 starts
  • 1:30pm :- Depart for Jesselton Point
  • 3:30pm :- Arrive at Jesselton Point Jetty

Estimated return time is 3:30pm - 4:00pm.
