Padas Gorge White Water Rafting, Sabah, Malaysia - Full Day Tour Description White water rafting on the Padas river is a challenging adrenaline filled day of fun. The Padas Gorge is south of Kota Kinabalu near the town of Beaufort. The day starts with a pick-up from your hotel at about 7.00 in the Kota Kinabalu area (earlier if you are staying north of KK) with a 3-4 hour journey down to Pangi - your start point for the trip. You will be given a light refreshment before a safety briefing – then it's onto the river at 12.00. The 10km journey takes about 2 hours, then you will reach Rayoh where you will be more than ready for a BBQ lunch. Departure back to your hotel will be about 15.30pm and you will reach your hotel by about 18.30pm.
