Pulau Tiga Diving Day Trip with Borneo Dream in Malaysian Borneo Tour DescriptionPulau Tiga is a forest-clad island in the south of Sabah and is part of a three-island marine park called Pulau Tiga Park. Maybe you have seen the TV Series 'Survivor' originally networked by CBS in the USA? Well Pulau Tiga is the island where it all took place - it was chosen because of its untouched beauty and remoteness. There are 8 relatively unexplored beautiful dive sites around the Island – these are shown on the map below. The dive depths are between 6m - 25m, the visibility is generally 5m to 20m with occasional strong currents on certain dive sites. This makes Pulau Tiga a great destination for drift diving and underwater photography. Enjoy diving stunning coral reefs, large coral covered pinnacles, coral bombies and busy cleaning stations. The hard and soft corals are breath taking, including large colourful barrel sponges adorned with Feather Stars, Whip Coral, Table Coral and more. Look out for an amazing variety of marine life including large beds of Anemones and Clown fish, young white tip sharks, shoals of fish, Nudibranches galore, Barracuda, Rays and Trigger Fish.    
Your day trip package includes three dives, hotel pick-ups, return boat transfer, picnic style lunch, use of cylinders and weights, TARP Marine Park conservation fee and Jesselton Point Landing / Departure tax. You can also choose to extend this trip to a 2 day adventure and stay overnight at the Pulau Tiga Resort offering you more time to enjoy the additional pleasures of this Island. Start & End of JourneyPick up from your hotel at 07:00. Return by 18:00. Getting ThereA bus / car ride will take you to and from your hotel to the jetty. It is then a 1.5 to 2 hour boat transfer to Pulau Tiga. During the boat trip you can relax and enjoy the beautiful coastline. RequirementsPlease bring with you a water bottle, swim wear, towel and sun block to get the most from this day trip. If you choose to stop on the Island please also bring with you walking shoes, insect repellent and overnight things. As with all diving activities there is a certain amount of necessary paperwork to complete. However, you can choose to complete these before you come on your Borneo Dream holiday.
