Pulau Sulug Diving Day Trip with Borneo Dream in Malaysian Borneo Tour Description Enjoy a days cruising and diving around the idyllic island of Pulau Sulug, part of Tunku Abdul Rahman Park (TARP). There are several beautiful coral reef dives along the South West, South and North of the Island – these are shown on the map below. The dives range in depths from 5m to 20m and are generally suitable for both beginners and leisure divers. An interesting mixture of coral dives, artificial reefs and some muck diving. Home to numerous hard coral species including barrel sponges, table coral and lettuce coral. Explore the small artificial reefs housing Shrimps, Lion Fish, Glass Fish and more. Spot schooling fish, Anemone Fish, Moray Eels, Scorpion Fish, Sea Cucumbers and a variety of stunning Nudibranches. We have also seen a Banded Sea Snake, young Bamboo Sharks and a couple of Indian Walkman at this dive site. Your day trip package includes three dives, hotel pick-ups, return boat transfer, picnic style lunch, use of cylinders and weights, TARP Marine Park conservation fee and Jesselton Point Landing / Departure tax. It's important to us to ensure your safety at all times – that way you can focus on enjoying yourself! We have a range of safety equipment on board our boat and apply the highest safety standards to ensure your diving day trip is incident free. Start & End of Journey The Borneo Dream team will pick you up from your hotel at 09:00. Return by 16:00. Getting There A bus / car ride will take you to and from your hotel to the jetty. It is then a 10 -15 minute boat transfer to Pulau Sulug. Requirements Please bring with you a water bottle, swim wear, towel and sun block to get the most from this tour. As with all diving activities there is a certain amount of necessary paperwork to complete. However, you can choose to complete these before you come on your Borneo Dream holiday.
