Joanne Cotterill - Director & 'Scuba Hero in Training'
Joanne was born in St. Helens, North West England and spent her childhood there. She achieved a MA Hons Economics from Cambridge University and subsequently spent time working in in England and Europe. She spent the last two years, before setting up Borneo Dream, living and working in the Seychelles.
She previously spent 15 years working for a Global Clearing Bank. During this time Joanne has been involved in both launching new businesses and running the operations for established businesses. She left the banking world behind to follow her passion in life - scuba diving - and, along with her partner Billy, to create Borneo Dream.
Joanne has has been diving all over the world and experienced different kinds of diving related holidays in numerous countries. Through her personal experiences she believes that the operations of a business (its people, processes and systems) must be created and delivered with the customer always in mind - so they help deliver that perfect customer experience.
